Since U4 and U7 are the same IC drawing from the same power source, and EN is a high input impedance pin, they may use the same network to determine their UVLO. This will save the use of two seperate pots. Alternatively, you may choose to use a seperate battery protection circuit to determine this cut-off, and forgo the UVLO circuitry all-together.

they could however, one buck runs at 8 volts and one runs at 5, i would perfer to have a cut off higher for the 8 volt one so that the racer can still report back that it has reached a low enough voltage before fully turning off
